AitopiaLabs provides website development, SEO foundations, and automation systems as described on our services page.

Each project is scoped individually. Services, deliverables, and timelines are defined in a project agreement before work begins.

The scope of work is defined in the project agreement. Changes to scope must be agreed upon in writing and may affect timeline and cost.

We work iteratively. Minor adjustments within the agreed scope are included. Major changes require scope adjustment.

Payment structure is defined in the project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment before project handoff.

Invoices are due within the timeframe specified. Late payments may result in project delays.

Timeline estimates are provided in good faith based on the agreed scope. Timelines depend on timely feedback and content provision from the client.

Delays caused by late feedback or scope changes may extend the timeline.

Revision rounds are specified in the project agreement. We work collaboratively to ensure you are satisfied with the deliverables.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content, images, or assets you provide.

We can handle deployment and initial setup. Ongoing hosting and maintenance are separate services and are not included unless specified.

You are responsible for domain registration, hosting costs, and any third-party service fees unless otherwise agreed.

We build with care and attention to quality. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Payment for completed work up to the termination date is due.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
